Former Tulip Garden En-Bloc in April 2018

MCL Land and Yanlord Land clinched the deal at $906.9 million, a price that was 20.4 percent higher than the $753 million reserve price set by the ex owners of Tulip Garden. This means the land rate paid by the developer for this Freehold site will work out to be around $1790psf ppr (per plot ratio).
