Oxley Holdings finalized the collective sale with a $311 million deal for this 99 years leasehold site. Adding to the total cost, Oxley also paid an estimated $52 million to top up the lease back to 99 years for the re-development. This means the land rate paid by the developer for this Freehold site will work out to be around $1244psf ppr (per plot ratio).
